Return Policy

Once Customer Service issues you a return label, items must be sent and postmarked within 15 days from delivery for a full refund and free shipping. If you send items more than 15 days from delivery, then you will receive credit on your account with Monumental Market LLC. Items will not get a return label after 30 days and will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the receipt of goods to the original form of payment or Acronyms For All account credit if the original form of payment is no longer available (ex. Gift card).

What is your Return Policy?

  • All returns need to be returned in the condition they were sent so that they can be resold. Items will be denied return with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, weed smell or similar product smells or stains.
  • Item barcodes returned must match item barcodes purchased and item inside original container needs to be the same item sent. If someone tries to replace goods with something else in packaging then no return will be issued and that customer account will be flagged.
  • Apparel may not be worn or washed and must have all original tags attached.
  • Non apparel items must be unused and in their original packaging. Original packaging cannot be damaged. For a refund item needs to be able to be resold.
  • Beauty & Wellness products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with the seal unbroken.
  • Items marketed and sold as Exclusives, Final Sale, Mystery Boxes, or Special Order are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange.
  • Items purchased in bulk, defined as purchases with 4pcs or more of the same item, are not eligible for returns. Monumental Market reserves the right to limit number of special items purchased in order to give all our customers a chance to purchase these items.
  • Gift with Purchase or Purchase with Purchase items must accompany the original purchase item when returned.
  • Price Adjustments are not issued for sales. We will send out emails about promotions and sales when customers sign up. These promotions and sales will normally be 3 or 4 weeks before a holiday to allow for processing and shipping.
  • Handbags & Purses sold with a dust bag must be returned with their original dust bag.
  • Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.
  • Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above will be subject to denial and shipped back to you.
  • Acronyms For All gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Acronyms For All reserves the right to limit service to customers that show excessive return activity.
  • Swimwear must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box, it should be packed in a separate box or shipping mailer.
  • Holiday themed items (Christmas, Halloween, Easter, etc.) must be returned before the holiday to get a refund.
  • Returns labels must be mailed to get a postmark and initiate the return. Just printing the label or contacting us does not initiate the return. Mail service has to receive package to initiate return.

How do I make a return?

Login herewith your email and order number. Follow the steps to initiate your return and retrieve your return label within 30 days of delivery.*

*When returning or exchanging items with our labels, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount if your return or exchange is postmarked more than 15 days from the day you received your order.

When will I be refunded?

A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 7 business days after your return is received at our warehouse. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts.

Acronyms For All processes return orders exactly like orders made with other payment methods. Once your return is processed Acronyms For All will send a refund transaction to the original payment method.

What will the refund method for my return be?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. If you used a gift card that you no longer have then we can issue Acronyms For All online credit.

Will my promo code be deducted from my refund?

Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.

What happens if product is defective?

If product is defective, then the same return policy applies. Note on the return label that product was defective. Send the item back in 15 days to receive a full refund and free shipping. Otherwise, send product back between 16 and 30 days to receive Monumental Market online credit, shipping will be deducted.

What would cause my return/exchanged item to be denied?

  • Items will be denied return with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, weed smell or similar product smells or stains.
  • Shoes returned without a box or with damage to the box may be denied.
  • Beauty & Wellness products that have been used and/or returned with a broken seal and/or without their original packaging.
  • Handbags & Purses that are sold with a dust bag and are returned without their dust bag.
  • Items sold as sets that are not returned as a set.
  • Returns postmarked after the Return window has ended.

What if I return a non-Acronyms For All item?

Acronyms For All is not responsible for personal or non-Acronyms For All items returned to our warehouse. We recommend carefully packaging your return and ensuring you are only including products you intend to return to Monumental Market LLC.

Will I get charged for return shipping?

In order to qualify for free return shipping, your return package must be postmarked within the first 15 days of delivery. Packages postmarked 16 to 30 days after delivery, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount credited to your account with Monumental Market LLC.

Can I combine returns from different orders?

Yes. To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package.

We recommend you print out the return form for each order or write each order number on a slip of paper and include it inside your return package. Packages received without proper order identification may result in errors or long processing times.
